Policy Statement
The purpose of this policy is to establish a framework for fostering diversity and inclusion within The Abbwell Group, ensuring that every client, employee, and stakeholder feels valued, respected, and supported. This policy is in alignment with Australian anti-discrimination laws and our commitment to ethical counselling practices.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, volunteers, clients, and stakeholders involved with our counselling services in Queensland, Australia.

The policy’s effectiveness will be evaluated annually through:
